Про що я думаю, а точніше про кого я думаю у День Збройних Сил України?
Передусім про полеглих побратимів і посестер та про їхні сімʼї. Ці думки крають моє серце як Головнокомандувача і як батька, чоловіка та сина. Вони змушують повсякчас озиратися на пройдений нами шлях довжиною в майже 9 років. Це шлях воїнів, шлях людей, які мають сміливість і гідність обрати свободу. Він залитий кровʼю, сповнений страждань і болю. Але саме він веде нас уперед, щоб помститися і перемогти. Не залишає місця для страху чи зневіри.
Кожного дня, усвідомлюючи ціну, яку ми платимо за свободу, я збираю всю волю в кулак, щоб вистачило сил здолати агресора і відбити в нього бажання будь-коли в майбутньому посягати на нашу свободу.
Я знаю, що пліч-о-пліч зі мною кращі. Міцніші за сталь, запекліші за вогонь, сильніші за будь-яку стихію. Серця українських воїнів бʼються в унісон із серцями мільйонів співгромадян і всіх волелюбних людей світу.
Дорогі солдати, сержанти й офіцери, працівники і ветерани Збройних Сил! Я гордий служити своїй державі пліч-о-пліч з вами. Гордий бути вашим Головнокомандувачем у цей важкий час. Я вірю в кожного з вас і в нашу Перемогу.
Сердечно вітаю із Днем Збройних Сил України!
Бажаю швидкого відновлення пораненим воїнам! Всім, хто в строю, – сил і стійкості, натхнення і радості, переможного миру!

What do I think about, or rather who do I think about on the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine?
First of all, about the fallen brothers and sisters and their families. These thoughts break my heart as Commander-in-Chief and as a father, husband and son. They make us constantly look back at the path we have passed for almost 9 years. This is the path of the Warriors, the way of the People who have the courage and dignity to choose freedom. It is covered in blood, full of suffering and pain. But it is, which leads us forward to take revenge and win. It does not leave space for fear or despair.
Every day, realizing the price we pay for freedom, I gather all my will in my fist so that I have enough strength to defeat the aggressor and repel its wish to encroach on our freedom at any time in the future.
I know that side by side with me there are the better ones. Stronger than steel, fiercer than fire, sturdier than any element. The hearts of Ukrainian warriors beat in unison with the hearts of millions of fellow citizens and all freedom-loving people of the world.
Dear soldiers, sergeants and officers, employees and veterans of the Armed Forces! I am proud to serve my country side by side with you. I am proud to be your Commander in Chief during this difficult time. I believe in each of you and in our Victory.

I wish the wounded soldiers a speedy recovery! To all who are in the ranks – strength and stability, inspiration and joy, victorious peace!
