28 квітня Київську область відвідали дві закордонні делегації на чолі з Генеральним секретарем ООН Антоніу Гутерришем та Прем‘єр-міністром Республіки Болгарія Кирилом Петковим. Разом із головою Київської обласної військової адміністрації Олександром Павлюком та керівником гуманітарного штабу Київщини Олексієм Кулебою вони відвідали Бородянку, Бучу та Ірпінь.
❗️Під час візиту делегації оглянули наслідки бомбардувань жилих кварталів Бородянки та Ірпеня агресором, місця масового поховання мирних жителів у Бучі. Олександр Павлюк розповів почесним гостям про бойові дії на території цих населених пунктів і вбивства російськими військовими мирних жителів.
❗️”Наслідки російської окупації – жахливі. Ворог масово руйнував цивільну інфраструктуру та вбивав мирне населення. Ворог цілеспрямовано розстрілював багатоповерхові будинки, знаючи, що в них живуть мирні люди Про це повинен знати весь світ. Безумовно, ми відбудуємо всі населені пункти, які постраждали від рук окупантів. Єдине – ніколи не зможемо повернути життя людей, яких безжально катували та розстрілювали ворожі війська. Це наше найбільше горе. А з усім іншим ми впораємось. Дякую нашим світовим партнерам за підтримку та допомогу», – заявив голова Київської обласної військової адміністрації Олександр Павлюк.

❗️During their visit, the delegations saw the consequences of the aggressor’s bombing of Borodyanka and Irpin residential areas, the place of mass civilians burial in Bucha. Oleksandr Pavliuk told the honored guests about the fighting that was in these areas and the killing of civilians by the Russian military.
❗️”The consequences of the Russian occupation are terrible. The enemy massively destroyed civilian infrastructure and killed civilians. The enemy deliberately shot at multistoried buildings, knowing that civilians lived there. The whole world must know about this. Surely, we will rebuild all localities affected by the occupation. The only thing that we will never be able to bring back is the lives of people who were ruthlessly tortured and shot by enemy troops. This is our greatest sorrow.
